OneCloud: Webphone Desktop App Download Instructions
Log into the OneCloud portal - https://myonecloud.com. On the upper right corner, click on the applications menu, then select the Webphone to open it.
The Webphone will open in a new window. To install the Desktop app, click on the download icon in the upper right hand corner.
Note: If the download icon is not showing, the Webphone has already been installed.
Next, a pop-up window will populate and prompt you to Install or Not Now. Click on Install to complete the process.
The Webphone desktop app will launch once installed.
